Style Secrets Vol.5 - High Waisted Jeans & Bell Sleeves
As we transition into Fall, the weather changes, the leaves fall, and it's time to clean out your closets. As a summer girl raised in the Florida Keys, I never really got use to dressing in winter clothes. I do love the layering of items and the beautiful patterns of scarves and gloves, but I have a hard time pairing things together on myself.
I know that might seem weird, because I am suppose to be the "fashionista" but I struggle all the time when it comes to dressing "fall like". This season I am going to step out of my comfort zone and get more into it! Pray for me while I attempt to SLAY this fall! HAHA!
You guys probably miss my weekly Style Secrets Series, but we are back again with the looks! This past weekend my mom surprised me with a gif, which was this beautiful turtle neck that was brought in from her co worker. The turtle neck was stretchy and had the most beautiful bell sleeves. My mother's co worker was out shopping and thought this would be a great option to add to Thrift My Fashion. I was so hype when my mother gifted me this beautiful blouse, but I was even more LIT when I found out it was purchased for only ......... 0.97 cents!!!!
Yes...You read it correctly!!
First off...who would give this blouse away?? Second..does it come in more colors?? I couldn't believe my ears when I heard the price! It's so crazy that local thrift stores house these beautiful items. The thrift store this blouse was purchased at was called Southern Thrift Market. Check it out if your in Atlanta. I decided to pair it with some thrifted high waisted Lee jeans that were purchased for $7 from Goodwill, some Forever 21 heels that were $20, and a Forever 21 purse that was $5. As you all know I definitely had to over do it with my accessories on my wrist and fingers to spice the look up a bit.
I think this is one of my favorite looks to date! It was so fun pairing this together and my photos came out beautiful thanks to my lovely sister.
